Delivery by the bus company.

If you have forgotten something, you must collect forgotten items from the bus company that has been responsible for your bus trip. So you cannot pick up forgotten items from us, as we have nothing to do with the buses. We are only responsible for the communication and for obtaining offers for you.

You agree together when and how the collection should take place, so that it fits into both your and the haulier's calendars.

Forgot things on the bus.

Have you been on a bus tour that was booked with us? Have you forgotten your mobile phone, your jacket or your bag? Fear not, your things will find their way home.

If you have forgotten something on a bus that has been booked with us, you simply send an email to the driver who drove your trip. You will find the information on the bus company in the confirmation email for the trip.

In the email, you must write what you forgot and on which bus journey you forgot it. The more details you provide in the first place, the easier it will be to find what you forgot. The companies typically have many bus trips every single day, and therefore they also need to have something concrete to start from if they are to be able to easily find your forgotten things.

In order to quickly locate your belongings, the bus companies would like to hear from you within 48 hours after the bus journey has ended. In this way, they have good prerequisites for locating your forgotten jacket, sweater or training bag.

This is how you get your forgotten cases.

If you have forgotten something in a bus that we have rented out, do the following:

  1. Write an email to the truck driver, no later than 48 hours after the trip has ended.

  2. Provide details of both the forgotten item and the bus ride itself.

  3. Wait for a reply until you are contacted

  4. Collect your forgotten items directly from the bus company.
